Refund & Cancellation Policy for Jaay's Kitchen

1. Daily Pickup Orders
Same-day pickup orders are prepared fresh to order. You may cancel for a full refund up until we begin preparing your order. Once preparation has started, the order is non-refundable.
If your order is incorrect or there is a problem with your food, contact us the same day and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
2. Weekly Tiffin Subscriptions
Subscriptions bill weekly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid week.
Individual deliveries can be skipped before the weekly cutoff (Thursday 8 PM for the following week). Deliveries skipped within the cutoff are credited or refunded. We do not provide partial refunds for deliveries already prepared or completed.
3. Donations (Vand Chhako)
Vand Chhako meal donations are charitable contributions and are non-refundable once processed.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
