How does pickup work?+
Order off today's menu online and pay by card. We cook it fresh and you pick it up at 11523 Avondale Rd NE, Ste 111, Redmond — usually ready in 20–30 minutes. We'll text you the moment it's good to go.
What's on the menu?+
A rotating selection of North Indian wraps, curry bowls, sides, and chai, cooked fresh every day. Check today's menu to see exactly what's available right now.
Do I need a subscription?+
No — daily pickup is à la carte. Order whenever you want, no plan or commitment. Weekly tiffin subscriptions (delivered) are coming soon.
Do you deliver?+
Right now we're pickup-only from our Redmond kitchen. Weekly tiffin delivery to Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah is launching soon — reserve a founding-member spot to get it first.
What comes in one tiffin?+
Veg tiffins include one curry or sabzi, one dal, rice, two rotis, and salad. Non-veg tiffins swap in a chicken dish plus either dal or a veg side.
Can I order Jain or vegan meals?+
Yes. Jain and vegan preferences are selected up front during signup so the kitchen and route sheets stay clean.
How do weekly subscriptions work?+
Choose a 3-day or 5-day rhythm, tell us whether you want home or office delivery, and we slot you into the next week’s route after the Thursday 8 PM cutoff.
How do I order?+
Fill out the order form with your plan preference, ZIP, and dietary needs. We confirm your delivery slot and send you the week's menu directly.
When do deliveries happen?+
Launch deliveries are lunch-only, with route windows between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Dinner blocks come later if the lunch routes hold their margins.
How will you handle allergies?+
We collect allergy details during signup and confirm them again during onboarding. Cross-contact risks are called out clearly before any order is finalized.
Which Eastside cities do you serve?+
We cook in Redmond, where pickup is live today. Weekday tiffin delivery is launching across Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah (core zones), with Bothell and Woodinville opening as routes fill in. Check your ZIP on the delivery-area page.
Is delivery extra on top of the tiffin price?+
In our core zones — Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah — delivery is included in standard tiffin pricing. Outer-ring areas like parts of Bothell and Woodinville carry a small surcharge until route density improves.
Can you deliver weekday lunch to my office?+
Yes — weekly plans can be delivered to a home or an office address; you choose at signup. Office lunch on the Eastside is exactly the rhythm the 3-day and 5-day plans are built for.
